A LITTLE BIT ABOUT ME; Sandra Loggia Fraga

( Sachi ).

Hello, my name is Sachi.

Whilst growing up In Argentina I studied ballet and flamenco from the age of four. After starting a career as a professional dancer in South America during my early teens, my work brought me to Europe and eventually to England at the age of twenty-two. When my professional dancing career came to an end in the mid ‘noughties’, I stayed here in England where I had lived and worked for most of my life.

6 years ago I decided to dedicate my time to becoming a dance/ballet teacher and a Fitness instructor.

I proudly carry:

-Level 2 Exercise to Music (YMCA) certification.

-Ballet Be Fit instructor certification.

-Zumba instructor certification.

In 2017 I started my own program and classes combining dance and fitness called ‘BOOMBA’.

I am the owner and creator of Boombagym and Boombaworkout.

I am a firm believer in the therapeutic value of dancing and exercise. In my view, they are essential for our physical and mental well-being!

I’m delighted to be in a position to share my passion for dancing and exercising.

CLASSES

Ballet Be Fit

Full body conditioning and toning. Classes are based on the ‘Ballet art form’. All ages and fitness levels are welcome. This class will improve muscular strength,  muscular endurance, agility and elasticity, aerobic fitness, posture and metabolism. 

Boomba Workout

Fun dance class like Zumba. All ages and fitness levels are welcome, easy to follow coreograpphies.This class will improve coordination, muscular endurance, agility, aerobic fitness and metabolism. 

Ballet Be Fit 1-2-1

An hour class specially crafted to suit each participant. A one to one session allowing to discuss your fitness goals to design a workout suitable for your needs.
